Bored: Heidi Klum and Seal took three of their children Henry, five, Leni, six and Johan, four to the LA Lakers basketball game last night but the kids looked unenthusiastic to be there

There are grown men that would give their left arm for court-side LA Lakers seats but with Heidi Klum and Seal for parents - it's just a regular evening out for their children.

The supermodel took her three eldest to watch the basketball game last night - but they didn't seem too impressed.

Leni, six, Henry, five and four-year-old Johan looked like they'd rather be out playing than sitting in their seats - which go for thousands of dollars.

Can we go home: Heidi and Seal looked interested in the game but the children looked tired

They spent most of the time fighting and looking bored as the Lakers took on the New Orleans Hornets at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

While Seal and the children dressed down in jeans and sports shoes, Heidi couldn't resist adding a bit of glamour with a leopard print top and peep-toe stiletto heels.

Leni sat on her mother's lap during the game for a cuddle while Henry cuddled up with his daddy.

Meanwhile Hillary Swank took her boyfriend's son Sam to the game and he had a blast.
Hillary has been dating her agent John Campisi for the past four years and has obviously grown very close to his seven-year-old son.

The pair looked on eagerly while the players entertained with a nail-biting game. The Lakers won 101 to the Hornets 97 in their third straight win.

The boy sat comfortably in Hillary's lap and cheered on his team, laughing and smiling in delight.

It wasn't all child's play, other celebrities came out to watch the game too.

Sacha Baron Cohen relaxed with a beer in hand. The father-of two took some time out to relax amid rumours he will play rogue cop Jose Luis Torrente in a Hollywood update of a Spanish action-comedy franchise.

He is also going to be filming The Dictator early this year. The movie charts the parallel tales of a goat herd and a South American tyrant who both find themselves adrift in America.

Smile of success: Oscar-winner Denzel Washington was happy that his team won the game

Lifelong Lakers fan Denzel Washington was also there and seemed very pleased with his team's win.

The Oscar-winner is going back to the big screen after winning a Tony Award for his role in the Broadway play Fences.

He is set to star in spy drama The Matarese Circle which is due out next year.

On hold: Katie Holmes' miniseries The Kennedys has been cancelled for historical inaccuracy

Katie Holmes' mini-series The Kennedys will not air on the History Channel as planned, after issues were raised about the accuracy of the eight-part programme.

The actress plays John F. Kennedy's wife Jacqueline Kennedy in the multi-million dollar production, which is the most expensive programme the network has ever commissioned.

But after viewing the final product, History Channel executives determined the portrayal of the Kennedys to be inaccurate and no therefore no longer suitable for them.

'Upon completion of the production of The Kennedys, History has decided not to air the eight-part miniseries on the network,' a network rep told The Hollywood Reporter.

'While the film is produced and acted with the highest quality, after viewing the final product in its totality, we have concluded this dramatic interpretation is not a fit for the History brand.

'We recognise historical fiction is an important medium for storytelling and commend all the hard work and passion that has gone into the making of the series, but ultimately deem this as the right programming decision for our network.'

On set: Katie plays Jackie Kennedy opposite Greg Kinnear as John F. Kennedy

Spitting image: Katie donned a variety of vintage suits for her role as Jackie

The script allegedly caused controversy with the political left in the U.S. and some Kennedy historians.

Before filming even began on the series, a front-page New York Times story last February included a sharp attack from former John F. Kennedy adviser Theodore Sorenson, who called an early version of the script 'vindictive' and 'malicious.'

The part of John F. Kennedy is played by Greg Kinnear.

The Kennedy's will still air in Canada on March 6 as well as internationally.

Controversy: Despite it being a multi-million dollar production, critics say the show is inaccurate

Meanwhile Holmes, 32, has been spending time on the set of husband Tom Cruise's film Mission Impossible 4 in Vancouver with their daughter Suri, four.

She and Suri went to visit Cruise on set yesterday as he shot a night scene for Mission Impossible 4: Ghost Protocol.

And Suri was the centre of attention as she sat in a director’s chair watching Tom act out an action scene.

The family shared hugs and kisses in-between takes with Tom and Katie all smiles as they appeared to share a joke together.

In 2007: Carey Mulligan's hair (left) is naturally long and mousy. In 2008: She loved her dark Sixties look in An Education (right)

Her hair has been cropped and styled, dyed and bleached – all in the name of art.
But the constant changes have taken such a toll on Hollywood star Carey Mulligan’s locks that she is said to have turned to a hair-loss supplement to try to restore her tresses to their former glory.

The Oscar-nominated British actress has apparently been reduced to tears by the state of her hair, taking the protein capsules in a desperate bid to make it grow back after a particularly dramatic cut.

Her naturally long and mousy hair has gone through a variety of styles in her time in Hollywood – but the most startling was when she bleached it peroxide blonde to play a prostitute in the 2009 Johnny Depp gangster movie Public Enemies.

Then last year, she had her locks cropped into a tight, elfin style for the Wall Street sequel Money Never Sleeps – but she has since struggled to get it to grow back.

The 25-year-old is said to have turned to a £25-a-month supplement from hair specialists Kerastase, which is sold in salons.

In 2009: The bleach Carey used in Public Enemies damaged her hair

‘She would do anything to have long, natural hair again, but she can’t grow it,’ said a friend.

‘She’s been recommended to take the pills for six months. While her hair is slowly but surely growing back, it’s taking a long time and she doesn’t feel she will have her confidence back until she’s happy with it.’

Carey is said to want to return to the look she had for her breakthrough role in An Education – the film that earned her the Academy Award nomination – where her hair was long, dyed dark brown and fashioned into a retro Sixties style.

In 2009: Carey's elfin redhead look (left) has given way to another blonde style (right) - but she wishes it would grow faster

‘Before she got the part in An Education, her hair was light brown and long and textured,’ said the source.

‘It went well past her shoulders.

‘When she auditioned for the role she knew it required her to dye her hair dark brown and she was initially intrigued to see what she would look like. When the colourist had finished with her new look, she was delighted and felt it really suited her.’

In the summer of 2008 Carey was cast in Public Enemies, set in the Thirties, for which she had to turn to the peroxide bottle.

‘The role was exciting for her,’ adds the friend.

‘Carey is not overly concerned with aesthetics but is incredibly professional, so she was stoic about having to sacrifice her looks for her art. She was eager to please, so she obliged.

‘But when she finished filming she burst into tears because of the damage the peroxide had done.’

Carey continued to dye her hair blonde for Wall Street 2, in which she starred alongside boyfriend at the time Shia LaBeouf, and also cut it short.

She tinted it red afterwards, but it is back to being short and blonde in her latest film, Never Let Me Go.

But now she wants her long locks back – and in as natural a way as possible.

Flying solo: Kate Middleton arrives for the wedding of the Honourable Sarah Louise Stourton and Harry Aubrey-Fletcher at St Andrew's Church in Aldborough, North Yorkshire

Kate Middleton took time out of planning her own wedding to attend the nuptials of close friends Honourable Sarah Louise Stourton and Harry Aubrey-Fletcher today.

With her fiance Prince William on duty as an usher, his bride-to-be arrived solo at the church service in the North Yorkshire village of Aldborough.

But she was in good company with future brother-in-law Prince Harry in attendance, as well as his cousin Princess Beatrice and her boyfriend Dave Clark.

Despite temperatures hovering around zero and snow on the ground, the princess-in-waiting braved the freezing temperatures with her bare legs on show under her fitted knee-length black velvet coat.

Miss Middleton, who turns 29 tomorrow, accessorised her outfit with a tilted black pillbox hat with a lone feather sticking out of it and matching purple heels and clutch bag.

After years of dating, it was the first wedding the couple had attended since officially announcing their engagement last year.

The last wedding they attended together - of Harry and Rosie Meade - in October took place just days after they got engaged on holiday in Kenya.

But Miss Middleton's sapphire and diamond ring was absent as the couple did not announce their engagement until November 16.

Meanwhile, Princess Beatrice, 22, looked chic in a navy coat, matching court shoes and a royal blue fascinator on the crown of her head.

The 28-year-old groom, whose father is Sir Henry, Lord Lieutenant of Buckinghamshire, is one of Prince William's closest friends.

Over the years, Miss Middleton has got to know the bride, with the four even holidaying together in Klosters, Switzerland in 2008.

The new Mr and Mrs Aubrey-Fletcher have also joined Prince William and his future wife on hunting parties.

Arriving at St Andrews Church, the 28-year-old bride covered her floor-length wedding gown in a white bridal coat, with her bridesmaids also wearing coats as they carried her train through the snowy church yard.

The bride, who is known to her friends as Louise, is the daughter of Edward William Stourton, 24th Baron Stourton, 27th Baron Mowbray, 28th Baron Segrave and his wife Penelope.

She is the niece of Radio 4 Today presenter Edward Stourton and was born in the Harrogate District in 1982.

Also in attendance at the wedding were regulars of the Princes' social circle, including Holly Branson, Glasses Direct millionaire Jamie Murray-Wells, club owner Guy Pelly, Tom Van Straubezee and William's former Eton schoolmate James Meade and his brother Harry.

Supporting the bride were her younger siblings Isabella Laura, 27; Camilla Charlotte, 23; Francesca Jane, 22; and James Charles, 19.

And on the groom's side were his older brothers John Robert, 33, and Thomas Egerton, 30.

Among the gifts on their wedding list include cream Jasper Conran crockery, a croquet set, Monopoly and Scrabble.

After the service, the guests were transported five miles away to the reception at Allerton Park via double-decker bus.
