Showing her support: Demi came along with husband Ashton Kutcher who co-stars with Portman in the film

She's repeatedly denied cosmetic surgery is behind her youthful looks.

But as she joined her husband Ashton Kutcher at his latest film premiere last night, it appeared Demi Moore was ageing backwards.

Compared to a photo taken of the actress 14 years ago, the 48-year-old actress looked like she had barely aged a day.

The Indecent Proposal actress showed off her incredible figure in a little black ruched dress covered in on-trend zips, which she teamed with black pumps and Cartier jewellery.

Moore attended the Hollywood premiere of No Strings Attached to support the film's leading man, her husband of six years, Kutcher.

Even though it wasn't her film, it looked like plenty of fans had turned up to meet her with crowds outside the Regency Village Theatre carrying photos of Demi for her to sign.

Compared to a photo taken of Moore at the 1997 premiere of her film G.I. Jane, the movie star looked virtually identical.

At the time, she was 34, just two years older than her current husband Kutcher.

But despite widespread reports she has spent up to £200,000 on remodelling her face and body, the mother-of-three insists she's all natural.

She said in 2009: 'It's completely false - I've never had it done. But I would never judge those who have.

'If it's the best thing for them, then I don't see a problem.'

Blooming: Pregnant Natalie Portman, who stars in the movie, wowed in a floor-length black and beige halterneck Vena Cava dress

Also on the red carpet last night was Kutcher's on-screen leading lady Natalie Portman.

The pregnant actress showed just a tiny hint of her baby bump under a flowing black and beige Vena Cava dress.

The trio were joined by other cast members, as well as Demi's daughter Rumer Willis, for the Hollywood premiere of the movie last night at the Regency Village Theater.

The new film will see the pair play two people who agree to have a purely sexual relationship but soon develop feelings for each other.

Long and the short of it: Natalie revealed that Kutcher joked about their height difference when they shot the movie

The 5ft 4in actress revealed that she bonded with 6ft 3in Kutcher over jokes about her height.

The Israeli-born actress admitted that her average height brought them hours of entertainment.

Portman explained to Access Hollywood: 'He's a lot taller than me. We definitely got a lot of enjoyment out of that, well, he probably got more because he gets to be the tall one... I get to be the gnome!

'There were a lot of short people jokes.'

Tender: Moore shares a moment of intimacy with Kutcher on the red carpet

Meanwhile the pregnant actress revealed that she has no concerns about piling on the pounds after getting super slim for her film Black Swan.

She told U.S. TV show Extra: 'I told [director] Darren [Aronofsky], I was like, "First you got me skinny, and now you're getting my fat,' because he introduced me to my fiancé."

'It's the greatest gift he ever gave me.'

Portman is expecting her first child with her choreographer fiancé Benjamin Millepied.

• No Strings Attached opens in cinemas on January 21 in the U.S. and February 25 in the UK.
